Dyn Research issued its annual “Baker’s Dozen” report, measuring the top Internet providers for 2015 based on Dyn’s global IPv4 rankings algorithm.
According to the report, TeliaSonera (#2) has been battling for #1 with Level 3 (which has held the #1 spot since the end of 2008). NTT (#3), PCCW (#10) and Hurricane Electric (#12) experienced good growth while Verizon (#7) and Sprint (#9) have continued their decline. Other Baker’s Dozen members include GTT (#4), Cogent (#5), Tata (#6), Telecom Italia (#8), China Tel (#11) and XO (#13).
