Companies continue to invest in IPv4 even as they plan for IPv6. 

ISPs, hosting companies and content providers are investing in IPv4 by buying blocks of IPv4 numbers in the secondary market while planning their long-term migration to IPv6.   In a Network World article, Avenue4's Marc Lindsey observed that, "A lot of IPv4 buyers . . . want a three-to-five year hedge."  READ MORE.
